Shipping policy
We do our best to ship all orders within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Once your order has shipped, its tracking is transferred to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or other selected service), and final delivery is beyond our control. At this time, we cannot replace lost or stolen packages, so we recommend checking with the carrier directly for any delivery issues.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If your delivery address requires special access details (such as a gate code or apartment number), be sure to include them at checkout to avoid delays or returns.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing access info, or failure to retrieve the package, the customer will be responsible for purchasing a new shipping label if they’d like the order re-shipped.
If a package is returned for reasons outside the customer’s control (such as an error by the carrier or an address issue that doesn’t apply), we’ll review the situation and either cover the cost of re-shipping or offer a refund.
